I recently rented a bounce house from this company for our Easter party, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! The staff was friendly and professional, the bounce house was clean and well-maintained, and the delivery and setup were seamless. The kids had an absolute blast, and it was the highlight of the party. I highly recommend this company for any event requiring inflatable fun! We have rented from this place multiple times and will continue to.

Excellent company to work with. They are professional and very fair if you get bad weather conditions. We took the risk on what was supposed to be a rainy day out of nowhere on 4/13/24 and so glad we did. The bounce house was up to date, clean and in great condition. They showed up on time, set up was quick and easy. The pick up was also easy. Their employees are also amazing! We had the best time. I really can't say enough great things about the customer service. They are family owned and that is also a big plus, it is important to support small businesses.

I highly recommend using them, and I know we will for sure be a returning customer!

Website has clear pictures and descriptions of available jumpers and prices.
Customer service is always prompt, answering questions, confirming rentals, day before and day of confirmations and set up ETA.
The folks who are setting up are also friendly (and problem solvers if you need to be creative on set up and what not!) and efficient.
The jumpers itself are good quality, and they do a great job cleaning it/ keeping it clean.
And of course -- kids AND adults love it and always have a blast.
So worth the money (and it's so very affordable!)

I had a lot of apprehension about renting a jumper but Bounce House Rentals of Martinez didn't disappoint. It was easy to book. I initially booked online and someone called me promptly to confirm the appointment. I had intended on renting a jumper but saw the huge water slide on the website and rented that instead. IT WAS A HUGE HIT!!! The driver was on time and very polite. He did need an extra water hose and a few zip ties, which I did have on hand. The kids didn't get to any of the other activities. It was well worth it and we can't wait to do it again.
